Marilyn Laiken, Ph.D. CLC Co-Director and Chair of the OISE, University of Toronto department of Adult Education & Counselling Psychology. Marilyn is full professor of Adult Education in Workplace Learning and Change, and Director of the OISE/UT Certificate Program in Adult Training and Development. She is also Academic Co-director of the Canadian Organization Development Institute, and Principal of Laiken Associates, a Toronto consulting firm that, since 1975, has served hundreds of clients in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. Marilyn combines an interest in adult education and organizational change through her research, teaching and field development, and speaks internationally and has published widely in these areas. Linda J. Page, Ph.D., ACPC . CLC Co-Director and President, Adler School of Professional Studies. Dr. Page received her Ph.D. in sociology and anthropology from Princeton University and an M.A. in Counselling Psychology from the Adler School of Professional Psychology in Chicago, where she spent five years teaching social and cognitive psychology and diversity on the Core Doctoral Faculty. Dr. Page also has had college and university teaching experience in California, Montreal, and Ontario. She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the State of Illinois and spent 20 years in private practice as a psychotherapist and family coach in Toronto.

Dr. Page directed Adler Chicago’s M.A. in Counselling Psychology program in Toronto from 1989 until December, 2006. She founded the Adler School of Professional Coaching in 1998 and the Adler School of Professional Studies in 2004. Suzi Pomerantz, MT, MCC, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia and a Master's degree from the University of Virginia's Curry School of Education. Her honors include Kappa Delta Pi International Education Honor Society, Dean's List, and Lawn Resident (Thomas Jefferson's Academical Village). Jeannine Sandstrom, Ed.D., MCC, CBC, holds a doctoral degree in Human Resource Development and Counseling and a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management and Marketing from East Texas State University.
