Like her individual coaching clients, Dr. Sinclair’s organizational clients appreciate the knowledge and experience she brings to her work, as well as her ability to create innovative and powerful learning experiences for participants. Recent projects include: designing an award-winning in-house coaching training program and certification process for a division of a major bank; developing a comprehensive coaching model and process for a consulting company; developing a "leadership through people" initiative for a major brokerage firm; introducing a coaching culture into a major European communications technology company.

Dr. Sinclair operates her business under the name PeopleDynamics Coaching & Consulting. In 1997, she was invited to gather experienced coaches from existing coach training organizations and to design the curriculum for Adler School of Professional Coaching. The resulting Professional Coaching Certificate Program was the first in Canada to be accredited by the International Coach Federation in 2002. As a representative of Adler School of Graduate Studies, she is a member of the Curriculum Committee for the Graduate School Alliance for Executive Coaching. The Committee is devising accreditation standards for graduate education in leadership, executive, and organizational coaching.
